Purchase Agreement

When paying for your order you are agreeing to all terms of this agreement.

Payment Method - Paypal or money order by mail

ADDRESS NOTE: Please make sure your address is correct on your paypal account.  This is where the shipping labels are printed from.  If your address is wrong and your package is mailed, you will need to pay to re-ship and any paypal fees associated with the new shipping payment.  If you want a refund you will not get the shipping back, only the cost of the items.

RETURNS:  You must contact by email to crystalsandrhinestones@comcast.net within 24 hours of receiving items.  Then items must be returned within 7 days for refund or exchange.  Shipping is not refunded if you just change your mind.  Shipping is refunded only if the wrong item is sent.

SHIPPING METHODS: All orders are mailed USPS First Class or Priority.

First class is used most of the time because of the lower cost.  If your order is large and it is less cost to send priority then I will send it that route.  This is at my discretion.

SHIPPING CHARGES:  Shipping is stated on the SHIPPING PAGE however, please note, there may be an invoice sent for any extra shipping due, if your package weighs more than 5 ounces.  This extra invoice will be sent for things like STORAGE TINS which are considered heavy items.
